Wiiizzz
Wiiizzz offers a way to discover what people on Twitter have been listening to and sharing on Twitter by aggregating tracks and posting them in a random order on the Wiiizzz homepage. It’s like a Twitter jukebox! Right now, only the band names display, though. You can click the play button next to the band name to listen to the song, but you can NOT download it and they have no plans to ever allow that. In the future, they will be updating the UI, currently black and white, and maybe even add the names of the songs. That would be nice. It would also be great if the songs were ranked by popularity.
TwitGraph
Measure your tweets with TwitGraph. Just enter your Twitter username in the box provided and click "Go." TwitGraph will then display pie charts of how many times you tweeted by day, your top 5 words, the top 5 links that are associated with you, etc. Not entirely sure how accurate this is. Looks like it counted directs under "Top 5 @’s". Also bad: top links aren’t parsed from their URL-shortening format nor are they clickable.
TweetShots
Grab screenshots of tweets with TweetShots and then embed them in a blog, tumblr blog, or other pages on the internet. To use TweetShots, add this link to your browser bookmarks/links: tweetshot it. When you’re on the pages showing the tweet, click ‘tweetshot it’.
Twitter Auto Complete Script
A Greasemonkey script for those who primarily interact with Twitter via the web: the Twitter Auto Complete Script automatically completes any Twitter username as you type. (Read a review)
Twitter Planetarium
Another one for visualizing Twitter: Twitter Planetarium. Tweets float around on the page, but no way to customize or add your own account. Can’t even click on the tweets to view them better or go to Twitter.com. Neat? Perhaps a Twitter dev got bored. (Read a review)
Twibler
Twibler is a Twitter app that will automatically post your new eBay listings to your Twitter account. To use Twibler, enter your twitter account and password along with your eBay account name and store on the Twibler homepage and click "Activate." That’s it!
FuelFrog
FuelFrog helps you track your gas mileage via Twitter. To use FuelFrog, you have to register for an account on their site and enter in your username on the settings page. Then, when you’re ready, sent tweets to @fuelfrog in the following format: (miles, price, gallons–MPG).
Example: @fuelfrog 342 3.239 10.293

Twistori
Twistori is a social experiment using Twitter. The site pulls in tweets using Twitter search engine summize which match certain keywords like "i love," "i hate," "i think," "i feel," and "i wish." The results of the scan are then published non-stop on the Twistori web site in a Digg-Spy/Twitter-Spy-esque river of news.
